China has proposed a UN resolution to jointly "build a common destiny for humankind." The proposal outlined five main points including innovation, consultation, green, open and sharing, to be followed in developing five concepts. The ultimate goal is to make a greater contribution to world peace and development and to international fairness and justice. The two sides of the Strait should take the lead in implementing this great project. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development / Global Unity Constitutional Standards for details.
