This should include universal values like freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law, in a framework supported by four branches (legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial), It should all function to help Brazil develop and prosperous in long-lasting peace, serving as a model for development for other nations. Autocracy has always been the enemy of human peace, and the prerequisite for permanent world peace is global democratization. China acts as an enabler and agent for North Korea, and the best course is to avoid provoking Pyongyang. The purported reason behind the UK's immigration review is that foreign immigrants pose a threat to the nation’s society and economy as well as national security. The practical solution is to implement One World under One Set of Laws, assigning international law precedence over domestic law, with direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people. The Constitution of South Korea needs to be amended to install a modified a semi-presidential system with cabinet, and the presidency should be declared to be above party politics. Democratic reform must be carried out to implement rule of law as well as separation of powers and checks and balances. The heads of the legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years to help cut ties between business and the government that encourage corruption.

Structural factors that allow corruption to take place are lack of separation of powers and checks and balances. The solution is for the people of South Korea to demand constitutional reform to directly elect the heads of the four branches. The president should serve a single 5-year term and then be barred from running for office again for 6 years. 1/4 of all legislators should face election each year, and elections should be free of charge for all candidates. Taiwan has no little or no diplomatic security in the face of China's repression. The government should vigorously appeal to the international community, noting that the democratization of China is vital to global security and peace, Taiwan is the one entity best suited to lead China to democratize. At the same time, the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development should be followed in setting up One World under One Set of Laws, assigning international law priority over domestic law and opening Taiwan up to the outside even as it seeks to move out into the international arena.

China must cleanse itself of thousands of years of corruption and remove the stain of national humiliation. And the only cure is democracy and rule of law. These are the natural enemies of despotism and corruption with their tools of separation of powers, decentralization and checks and balances. To resolve civil strife in the CAR, what is needed is a constitution designed around a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet, like the arrangement in France, plus a committee-style legislature similar to Switzerland’s.
