Myanmar's human rights problem is worsening, largely because its constitution guarantees the military 40% of seats in Congress with no need for election. In order to protect human rights, Myanmar should carry out reform to adopt Global Unity Constitutional Standards, and the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law precedence over domestic law. At the same time, it should install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet, limiting the president to a single 5-year term.

Egypt is an authoritarian regime with a dysfunctional constitution. The practice of torture is contrary to human nature, and Egypt should comply with the Humanitarian Charter §1, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights § 18 and § 53 of the Vienna Convention. Where treaties have expired or that are conflicts with absolute law, such as the crime of mutilation or torture, absolute law should take precedence over international law and the constitution. Emmanuel Kant once noted, 'The pursuit of permanent peace is the highest goal of reason and a moral obligation.' China claims to be a 'responsible major power', thus it should not enable North Korea's continued militarism. The US and South Korea should support Taiwan's commitment to democracy and leading China to democratization, which would pressure North Korea in turn to adopt democracy.

The Ukrainian color revolution did not eradicate the structural factors of ethnic discrimination. Ukraine should, on the basis of liberalism, constitutionalism and cosmopolitanism,  implement the 'one earth, one set of rule of law system' through constitutional reform, and direct elections, administration, justice and procuratorate. 1 year after the election. To avoid further increases in grievances and tension, Iraq should end its practices of suppression and repression. It should examine the processes followed for referendums in Switzerland and elections in California. Citizens should voice their opinions through the ballot box and not on the streets. Power leads to corruption, and absolute power leads to absolute corruption. Moldova's constitution is dysfunctional, and Moldova's deep-rooted culture of corruption must be excised through comprehensive constitutional reform. The heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years and 1/4 of all MPs should face election each year. According to the Democracy index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. Democracies should support Taiwan's great constitutionalism to bring great democracy and freedom to attract the democratization of China's 1.4 billion people and the birth of world peace. China declares that it is a prerequisite for permanent peace in the world, that is, democratization in China. Studies of democracy show that very few armed conflicts occur between two democracies. Once China can be moved to democratize there will be real hope for peace on earth. Taiwan seeks to achieve greater freedom and democracy, and to convince China to democratize as well.This will lead to the birth of world peace. Article 39 of the Hong Kong Basic Law stipulates that the people of the SAR have right to self-determination under the two international human rights conventions. The people of Hong Kong cannot take their rights for granted. In Switzerland the threshold for petitioning a referendum is only 50,000 signatures, and with that citizens can express their opinion through the ballot box instead of taking to the streets.
