All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. Laws that are not backed by penalties are not laws, and a constitution that does not accept resistance is not a constitution. When the actions of the president are unconstitutional, the people have the right to resist. The people of Turkey need to act on their sovereignty and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to implement amodified semi-presidential system with cabinet. The president should serve one 5-year term and be barred from running again for 6 years afterward.
