Drop the bluster on North Korea
As President Trump has implicitly conceded, his approach to the North Korean nuclear threat is failing.
Iran, North Korea, Pakistan and other rogue nations exchange secrets of nuclear technology with each other, but behind them all is support from major nuclear powers. All democracies should support Taiwan's efforts at constitutional reform to achieve greater freedom and democracy. This would attract China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization, in turn putting pressure on North Korea and Iran to follow suit — and world peace would be at hand.
