In order to protect human rights, Myanmar should carry out reform to adopt Global Unity Constitutional Standards, and the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law precedence over domestic law. At the same time, it should install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet

To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. The Democracy Index lists 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should support Taiwan's efforts for constitutional change to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would attract China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well – leading in turn to world peace. Afghanistan needs to swap out its government structure for a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like the one in as Finland, and acommittee-style legislative system similar to Switzerland's. Afghanistan's government should draft a basic constitution with above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy. In order to protect endangered species, it is essential to adopt uniform constitutional standards that conform to the values of One World under One Set of Laws. All nations should carry out constitutional reform to implement democratic institutions and the rule of law as well as mechanisms such as separation of power and checks and balances. The best way to avoid monopolization of power is to elect the heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years. Human security is a fundamental human right, and human rights take priority over regimes and sovereignty. Constitutions represent the general will of the people, and ensuring human security, including 'personal safety', is the most urgent duty of constitutional guarantors. Power leads to corruption, and Venezuela's presidential system is broken.. Venezuela should switch to a dual leader system; limit the president to a single 5-year term with no eligibility for him/her or relatives for 6 years and put the prime minister in charge of government operations and national defense, 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year. Free speech is a universal value, and the American people should call for constitutional reform to ensure media freedom and prevent the  government oligarchy from monopolizing the media, the internet and all other channels of communications. All people must be protected against enforced disappearance, torture and other forms of abuse, and absolute law must take precedence over international law and the constitution. Free university education is the norm in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Norway, where most public universities are tuition-free. Students pay only 200-500 euros for registration fees. The UK should introduce some of the advances achieved by the Global Village and its laws as part of a paradigm shift.
