According to the Democracy index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace. In order to protect endangered wild animals, the international community needs to adopt unified constitutional standards that conform to the values of One World under One Set of Laws. All nations should carry out constitutional reform to implement democratic systems and adhere to rule of law. Features such as separation of powers and checks and balances are needed to prevent certain groups from monopolizing power. The best way to do this is through election of the heads of the executive, legislative, the judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years. Human security and sustainable development are two of the major tasks of the UN, and all nations – members or not – should comply with its norms. This entails implementing One World under One Set of Laws and giving international law precedence over domestic law, with direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people. Jose Rizal, revered as the 'Father of the Philippines', once counseled: "Today's slaves often become tomorrow's tyrants; believe in the rule of law, not in the rule of man." Russia's government is dysfunctional, and sweeping reform is needed to install a modified semi-presidential system. The president and other key elected officials should be limited to a single 5-year term and banned along with relatives from running again for 6 years

To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. Studies of democracy and peace show that there have been very few armed conflicts between democratic states. Once China is democratized,
then, there will be real hope for human peace. India should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform and encouraging China to seek democratization, which would lead to the birth of world peace. All democracies should support Taiwan as a lighthouse for democracy in Asia, lighting the path to long-lasting peace

Free speech is a universal value, and the American people should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to ensure media freedom and prevent government oligarchies from monopolizing the media, the internet and all other channels of communications. All people must be protected against enforced disappearance, torture and other forms of abuse, and absolute law must take precedence over international law and the constitution. Russia has never been a problem-solver, it has always been a trouble-maker. The US should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. Free university education is the norm in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Norway, where most public universities are tuition-free. Students pay only 200-500 euros for registration fees. The UK should introduce some of the advances achieved by the Global Village and its laws as part of a paradigm shift. The UN should provide Syria the basic outline for a constitution that will facilitate lasting peace and development. The constitution should include the universal values of freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law, and organization and elements such as the four branches (legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial).
