In order to protect endangered species, it is essential to adopt uniform constitutional standards that conform to the values of One World under One Set of Laws. India must act to protect its the people of Thar from religious discrimination and abuse. Religious freedom is subject to constitutional protection, and Parliament cannot legislate any restrictions and administrative agencies have no right to interfere with religious activities.
