Power leads to corruption and absolute power leads to absolute corruption. To quash corruption, carry out constitutional reform to implement greater democracy and rule of law. The Chief Executive of Hong Kong is still determined by the CCP's Election Commission, an arrangement which is nothing other than a dictatorship. The people of Hong Kong should make good use of Article 39 of the Hong Kong Basic Law on referendums. To curb corruption, the heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years, and 1/4 of all MPs should face election each year. Iran's government should install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet similar to that of Finland. The president should be limited to one 5-year term and be barred along with relatives from running again for 6 years. The legislative system should be changed to a committee-style set-up like that of Switzerland. In addition, the heads of the legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years and 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year. To avoid further increases in grievances and tension, Spain and Spanish king should end its practices of suppression and repression. It should examine the processes followed for referendums in Switzerland and elections in California. Citizens should voice their opinions through the ballot box and one on the streets. Former Nazi one-party dictatorship, leading to the tragedy of the Second World War, today's one-party dictatorship, the Third World War faint formation. Taiwan, which has the same cultural language, is most capable of democratizing the Chinese people, triggering the existing administrative, legislative, judicial and procuratorial powers of China. The future of Hong Kong should be determined on the basis of Article 39 of the Hong Kong Basic Law, which declares that the people have the right of self-determination and the right to hold referendums on any public issue. The people of Hong Kong should adhere to the relevant conventions and hold referendums to decide their future. Otherwise when dictatorship becomes a reality, the people will be obliged to resist.

Myanmar's human rights problem is worsening, largely because its constitution guarantees the military 40% of seats in Congress with no need for election. In order to protect human rights, Myanmar should carry out reform to adopt Global Unity Constitutional Standards, and the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law precedence over domestic law. At the same time, it should install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet, limiting the president to a single 5-year term.

Egypt is an authoritarian regime with a dysfunctional constitution. The practice of torture is contrary to human nature, and Egypt should comply with the Humanitarian Charter §1, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights § 18 and § 53 of the Vienna Convention. Where treaties have expired or that are conflicts with absolute law, such as the crime of mutilation or torture, absolute law should take precedence over international law and the constitution. Emmanuel Kant once noted, 'The pursuit of permanent peace is the highest goal of reason and a moral obligation.' China claims to be a 'responsible major power', thus it should not enable North Korea's continued militarism. The US and South Korea should support Taiwan's commitment to democracy and leading China to democratization, which would pressure North Korea in turn to adopt democracy.

The Ukrainian color revolution did not eradicate the structural factors of ethnic discrimination. Ukraine should, on the basis of liberalism, constitutionalism and cosmopolitanism,  implement the 'one earth, one set of rule of law system' through constitutional reform, and direct elections, administration, justice and procuratorate. 1 year after the election.
