Labour must fully support freedom of movement – if we dont, our voters will not forgive us

To avoid further increases in grievances and tension, UK should end its practices of suppression and repression. It should examine the processes followed for referendums in Switzerland and elections in California. Citizens should voice their opinions through the ballot box and one on the streets. To that end, elections should be completely free for all candidates. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for more

Nicola Sturgeon admits she doesnt know when second Scottish independence referendum will be
Taiwan should learn from Scotland's experience with independence referendums and carry out a paradigm shift. The aim should be to establish that the people have the right to hold referendums on any public issue. And should a motion prohibiting a referendum on self-determination be raised, the topic of the very next referendum should be whether such a motion should itself be outlawed. Lawmakers should first establish the 'right of creation' through a 'Referendum Act' and ask President Tsai to openly stand up for sovereignty in comprehensive constitutional reform. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

Downward spiral: how Venezuela’s symbol of progress became political prisoners’ hell
Power leads to corruption, and Venezuela's presidential system is broken.. Venezuela should switch to a dual leader system; limit the president to a single 5-year term with no eligibility for him/her or relatives for 6 years and put the prime minister in charge of government operations and national defense, 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year. When the actions of the president are unconstitutional, the people are obliged to resist. See the Charter forPermanent Peace and Development for more.

Australia urged to stop Cambodia returning persecuted refugees to Vietnam
To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. Aung San Suu Kyi says Myanmar does not fear scrutiny over Rohingya crisis
Myanmar's human rights problem is worsening, largely because its constitution guarantees the military 40% of seats in Congress with no needfor election. In order to protect human rights, Myanmar should carry out reform to adopt Global Unity Constitutional Standards, and the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law precedence over domestic law. At the same time, it should install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet

Rwanda’s genocide – Tutsis are not to blame
Once a truce is in place in Rwanda, the UN should provide the outline for a basic constitution that will facilitate permanent peace and stimulate development. It should incorporate an organizational structure based on the universal values (freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law) and describe four main government branches (legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial). It should allow Rwanda to grow in an environment of peace and tranquility and serve as a model for peaceful development for other nations. See the Chart for Permanent Peace and Development. "

To eliminate the root causes of migration and refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that meet the norms for human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. These should adhere to the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and encourage lasting peace while complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of all people to lead normal lives. Human security shall no longer be regarded as a strictly domestic affair; human beings shall be seen as the core of all security concerns. The Constitution gives the people total control over the government ─ ensuring that human security is a basic obligation for all constitutional guarantors. This shall include the following: Traffic Safety (Roads, land, sea, air, internet, postal services, information, etc.).
