Hungary’s parliament is not in compliance with international law and is allowing the abuse of refugees, including children. Hungary should adhere to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the principles of One World under One Set of Laws and building a common destiny for all humankind. This means assigning international law priority over domestic law and putting into practice the ideals of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and other related conventions. Afghanistan desperately needs to end its long-running civil war, and the only way to do that is to switch out its government system for a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet and parliament. The legislative body should be a committee-style set-up. The prerequisite for permanent peace is global democratization, and all Arabian nations should initiate constitutional reform to install democratic models. The UN should take action in accordance with international absolute laws (the Humanitarian Law, World Human Rights Law, the Crime of Misdemeanors and Prohibition of Genocide) and provide the basic constitutional principles needed to achieve peaceful development of nations.
