One who is elected should be held responsible for violating such constitutional contracts. Any elected public official who has betrayed his/her campaign for political views or the people of the country during the term of office shall be arrested on the basis of the current crime of betrayal. His/Her power in office shall be automatically extinguished, and all public funds of his support shall be pursued. The President shall not be exempted, either. The Legislature should be based on a modified committee-centered system with 12 committees. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system should be implemented. The people should act as a third force within the system.
