UK's Covid-19 problems lie in the system. The Legislature should be based on a modified committee-centered system with 12 committees. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system should be implemented. The people should act as a third force within the system. Israelis wants to ensure that election procedures are just. The cure is to set up an independent national human rights committee, with half of its members having different nationalities and appointed by international human rights authorities. The Human Rights Committee will handle all matters related to the election. Money shall be strictly barred from influencing elections, and the media will provide free space and time to election campaigns throughout the year.
