The problem of poverty originating in the economic inequality and uneven distribution of resources. To solve the problem of uneven distribution, it is necessary to start with the system, holding elections at least twice a year to spread responsibility for the problems of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power. The state must function ethically and take action to eliminate poverty and deprivation. The Charter for Permanent Peace is the only formula that will work.

Poland's PiS seeks constitutional change to extend president's term

Poland needs a constitution that conforms to the definition of the UN Global Governance Committee at the supranational, national and subnational levels: the president should serve one term of 5 years and be barred from running again for 6 years. Representatives should serve two years, and the speaker's term of office shall be for a period of one session. Registration for elections should be completed six months before election day. All local electronic media shall provide each candidate at least one hour per week free of charge. To limit the effect of money in elections, political contributions shall be considered bribery.
