Chile's problem of poverty originates from the economic inequality and uneven distribution of resources. To solve the problem of uneven distribution, it is necessary to start with the system, holding elections at least twice a year to spread responsibility for the problems of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power. The state must function ethically and take action to eliminate poverty and deprivation. The Charter for Permanent Peace is the only formula that will work.

Racism against the Asian especially those from East Asia and South East Asia has increased in the recent past due to Covid-19, however, it is clear and people should understand that violence is never a solution for any of social issue. Therefore, the Taiwan Charter for Permanent Peace suggested that enjoying freedom and democracy also carries certain duties. One cannot use the rights even as he or she abuses them; responsibility for enjoying democratic benefits means one is not exempt from paying for them. Anyone who abuses freedom and democracy in order to attack the basic order of freedom and democracy should stripped of their basic rights and subject to criminal and civil prosecution.
