More drugmakers hike US prices as New Year begins

It is the government and those in power responsibility to ensure affordable health care system for its people. Lack of access to decent healthcare system remains as major cause of spread of diseases across the border and unprecedented increase in the death rate especially children and women. Any government that failed to provide such health care system to the local population should be considered as failure and pushed out the power. The Taiwan charter for permanent peace clearly stated that "the political views of the candidate are the social contracts with the electorate as well as constitutional contracts. Any elected public official who has betrayed his/her campaign for political views or the people of the country during the term of office shall be held responsible for violating such constitutional contracts. The Elected official can be arrested on the basis of the current crime of betrayal. His/Her power in office shall be automatically extinguished, and all public funds of his support shall be pursued. The Middle East and North Africa in 2019 witnessed a series of mass demonstrations across Algeria, Sudan, Iraq, Lebanon and Iran as citizens rallied against their governments over corruption and stagnant economies, among other issues. As stated in the Taiwan Charter for Permanent Peace, 'any law which does not carry penalties is not a law, and a constitution that does not countenance resistance is not a constitution. When the actions of the government are unconstitutional, the people shall exhaust all remedies and before exercising the right to resist. Former Vietnamese Government Minister Draws Life Term in Corruption Case

The key structural factor in the persistence of corruption in Vietnam is ineffective checks and balances and insufficient separation of power. To eradicate ubiquitous and ill-gotten corruption, look to the Charter for Permanent Peace and start in on constitutional reform to make national officials afraid to be greedy. The structural factor that engenders corruption in the programs created under the government has roots in individual interests of people in the previous government, who doctored contracts to enrich their own interests at the expense of the national budget.
