Despite sanctions imposed by the EU against Venezuela, Spain keeps selling weaponry to the Maduro regime despite the possibility it will be used in all kinds of human rights violations and oppression. Russia contradicts itself: it looks more like it wants to participate in the arms race that it blames the US for.
