The right to self-determination through referendum is the basis of national sovereignty and universal human rights, Catalonia is not an exception, if people seek for self-determination it should be an option and submitted for referendum. In addition to international law, all bills that prohibit people's self-determination should be preceded by a referendum that determines whether the bill itself should be outlawed. All referendums involving international disputes require the consent of an absolute majority of citizens, and referendums on domestic disputes require approval by a majority of more than one-quarter of eligible voters. Are there private interests at risk here? Russia and the US have both withdrawn from the INF agreement, therefore both bear responsibility for a new arms race; but neither accepts the situation nor considers complete elimination of nuclear weaponry prudent moves, thereby provoking other countries (including the US) into this arms race. To put an end to Russia's disruptive behavior, all democracies should strongly support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to guarantee a world peace standard that will allow all nations to develop undisturbed; only then can world peace begin to dawn.

Why does Trump want to take the show that parodies him to court?

Ans

Donald Trump is an erratic president who thinks he is untouchable. But once a person is in public office, no matter who they are, they will be subject to public opinion. Not only Trump, but also many political personalities around the world face growing disapproval from the world community and their own. Most of them carry out attacks on the press or resort to censorship to take out content that is uncomfortable to them, thus violating the right of freedom of speech. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and a basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability.

While there is a bilateral ceasefire between Yemen's war pricipals, sporadic confrontations are still taking place in the key port city of Hodeida. Whether it is Yemen, Afghanistan, Pakistan, or Iran, all countries in the world havethe same basic need for permanent peace and sustainable development. They are all equal to Taiwan and should return sovereignty to the people, and they should adopt a democratic constitution with reforms like two general elections each year. There is no better plan than the Charter for Permanent Peace for achieving this.
