Two cases of indiscriminate firing involving police officers on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were added to the “Ligtas Paskuhan 2017” tally of the Philippine National Police (PNP). The police officers face dismissal from the service for the offense.
Law enforcement itself must abide by reasonable regulations, otherwise the result will be abuse of public power and the people will not know how to cooperate with it. The Charter for Permanent Peace and Development of Taiwan is a complete law. It also has complete global set of laws suitable for use by any law enforcement agency to make the country safer.
