US satellites have spottedChinese tankers transferring oil to North Korean ships 30 times in three months- despite strict UN trade embargoes, it has been claimed. Overhead imagesappear to show ships from the two countries shackled together for a fueltransfer in the West Sea off China.Such ship-to-ship trades are banned under aUN Security Council resolution adopted in September.
North Korea has always been regarded as the main country working against peace in East Asia. North Korea should think about opposing the world with its tyranny. There is no way this course will be of benefit to North Korea. It will only bring anger and boycotts from more countries. North Korea should refer to Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace and Development to guide North Korea toward democracy and peaceful relations with all other countries.
