Former UN Secretary General and possible South Korean presidential candidate Ban Ki-moon is backing deployment later this year of a US anti-missile system to the country amid North Korean progress in nuclear and missile programs.
Taiwan is the one entity best suited to leading China to democratization. Taiwan is working to strengthen democracy around the world, especially in regard to China and the North Korea issue.
