The United Russia Party is set for the next five years with a reorganization of its leadership with Prime Minister Medvedev as party chairman and Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin and other key party members acting as important policy makers. The new leadership team will be working under the overall theme of assisting Putin in his campaign for President in 2018.
Voting should be the only source of power for the state, and injecting resources of the executive and legislative branches of government into election campaigns is nothing more than bullying and buying elections. Such actions divert the national budget and resources to a specific group of individuals. The use of public funds or other resources in political activities must be strictly prohibited.
