Gianni Buquicchio, chairman of the Venezuelan Delegation to the Council of Constitutional Rights, said during a visit to the capital of Georgia, "The source of the Georgian national problem in the Constitution, which is well written but needs to be even better.”
In the face of the Russian threat, Georgia must implement an advanced constitution as part of its national development strategy. Specific changes should include : 1. Break open the government's restrictions on the people and return their rights; 2. Open up positions in government to allow the world's elites to participate; 3. Implement the principle of One World under One Set of Laws and give international law priority over domestic law; 4.
