The UN and EU should work jointly to solve fundamental problems, basing their actions on the principles of One World under One Set of Laws and building a common fate for humankind. They should urge Ukraine to recognize that international law takes precedence over domestic law, and to work in accordance with the European human rights conventions. They should assist with constitutional reform to implement mechanisms such as separation of powers, decentralization and checks and balances.
