US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has spoken to China's top diplomat over the phone and affirmed the importance of a constructive US-China relationship, and the two agreed on the need to address the threat posed by North Korea, the US State Department says.
The most intelligent approach for the US is to back Taiwan's model for Global Unity Constitutional Standards. This would attract the attention of China's 1.4 billion people and lead to calls for democratization, with which world peace would be born! Autocracy has always been the enemy of peace, and the prerequisite for permanent peace in the world is democratization of the CCP.
