At a kindergarten operated by Moritomo Gakuen, an Osaka-based educational corporation, children selected to represent their peers on a sports day were made to recite a pledge that could hardly be considered educationally acceptable.
History has repeatedly demonstrated that corruption is a root cause of civil strife. To solve the problem of corruption, these must be removed and cut apart through constitutional reform. The heads of the four main government branches should be elected in alternating years. Heads should serve a single 5-year term and be barred from running again for 6 years afterward.
