Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly told CNN the move would be an attempt at stopping families from making the perilous journey from Central America.
The US should adhere to the UN Charter and put One World under One Set of Laws into practice, giving precedence to international law over domestic law, with direct effect on the rights and duties of the people. This would lead Mexico, Syria and the Middle East to adopt human rights, constitutionalism, internationalism and naturalism in the future.
