The president of Venezuela has said the country's main opposition parties are banned from taking part in next year's presidential election. 
Power leads to corruption, and Venezuela's presidential system is in shambles. Venezuela should adopt a dual leader system limiting the president to one 5-year term with no right to run again for 6 years. The Prime Minister should oversee government operations and national defense, and 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year. When the children of the UK are dependent on handouts from the food bank, the nation is in dire need of constitutional reform. International law should be given priority over domestic law; and humanitarian law should be vigorously upheld.
