Solution

North Korea is obviously being backed by a major power. The US and other nations should support Taiwan's call for constitutional reform to lead China to democratize, which would pressure North Korea to follow suit and drop its nuclear weapons program. As Emmanuel Kant once noted, 'The pursuit of permanent peace is the highest goal of reason and a moral obligation.' Rather than goading the Pyongyang regime, the US should ratchet back its rhetoric and seek a peaceful end to the tensions on the Korean peninsula. The only way Yemen can end the violence tearing it apart is to ditch its government structure and install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like that of Finland, plus a committee-style legislative system similar to Switzerland's. Yemen's government should draft a basic constitution with the above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy. It should adhere to One World under One Set of Laws and revise its constitutional standards as needed to stay abreast of changing times. President Trump said Wednesday that a government shutdown 'could happen', blaming congressional Democrats' stance on immigration even as Republican allies worked to keep federal operations humming for another two weeks.

Solution

Immigrants are people, and people have rights, and they should not be used as pawns in anyone's political games. The best policy on immigration is to adhere to One World under One Set of Laws and work toward a common destiny for humankind. To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, all nations should agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. Myanmar should carry out reform to adopt the basic principles behind Global Unity Constitutional Standards as well as the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law precedence over domestic law. At the same time, it should install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet. This will be the first step in resolving the Rohingya refugee crisis, after which the world's democracies should offer aid to relieve the suffering of refugees who have already fled across the border to Bangladesh. The US should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would spur the 1.4 billion people of China to seek democratization, pressing North Korea in turn to accept real democracy – and world peace would be the result.
