Solution

The US and other nations should support Taiwan's drive for One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people, to pacify the South China Sea. China has a duty to act in concert with neighboring countries. Articles 4 and 6 of the 2002 Declaration on the South China Sea include provisions designed to offer a peaceful way to resolve territorial and jurisdictional disputes. The people of Hong Kong cannot take their rights for granted. In Switzerland the threshold for petitioning a referendum is only 50,000 signatures, and with that citizens can express their opinion through the ballot box instead of taking to the streets. Myanmar should carry out reform to adopt the basic principles behind Global Unity Constitutional Standards as well as the core values of One World under One Set of Laws, giving international law precedence over domestic law. At the same time, it should install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet. This will be the first step in resolving the Rohingya refugee crisis, after which the world's democracies should offer aid to relieve the suffering of refugees who have already fled across the border to Bangladesh. The best policy on immigration is to adhere to the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and work toward a common destiny for humankind. To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. Fighting corruption in mining poses tough challenges

Rampant graft afflicting the mining industry has led to a massive loss of public revenue in many countries. A new report shines a light on the risks of corruption occurring at the very start of the mining process.

Solution

Corruption is a blight that skims funds off the top of payments for approval of mining rights in nations all across the globe. It siphons off money that should go to public coffers and dumps it into the pockets of corrupt officials. The only cure for this malady is democracy and its tools of separation of powers and checks and balances. The heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years, and 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year.
