The president should serve a single 5-year term and be restricted from seeking office for 6 years afterwards. Autocracy has always been the enemy of peace, and the premise for permanent peace in the world is global democratization. Taiwan should speed up efforts to reform the constitution and achieve greater democracy and freedom, which will lead the people of China to seek democratization. Followed in turn by North Korea. Human security and sustainable development are two of the major tasks of the UN. China is a permanent members of the UN Security Council and should abide by the UN Charter. This means acting in accordance with the core values of One World under One Set of Laws and giving international law precedence over domestic law with direct effect on the rights and duties of the people.
