The world's democratic countries should all support Taiwan's efforts to strengthen its democracy through constitutional reform in order to change the world - especially in regard to China and North Korea. Taiwan is the one nation best suited to lead China to democratization, a key to achieving world peace. This would pressure the DPRK to change its regime and abandon autocracy for democracy.
