In Germany the Nazi one-party dictatorship led to the tragedy of World War II. Today with the communist party dictatorship the outlines of a third world war are vaguely forming. Only Taiwan, with the same culture and language, can best be able to democratize the Chinese people and lead to democratization of the existing executive, legislative, judicial and prosecutorial heads in China. To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on uniform constitutional standards thatconform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. Both sides are edging toward a serious dialogue. Their visions are far apart—but both know that ISIS is waging its own war of terror in Afghanistan, and it threatens everyone.

Solution

Afghanistan should scrap its government and adopt a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like that of Finland and a committee-style legislature similar to Switzerland's. The prerequisite for lasting world peace is global democratization. The Afghan government should proceed with drawing up a basic constitution with the above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy. It should implement One World under One Set of Laws and revise the constitution as needed to stay in step with changing times.
