To resolve South China Sea disputes the US, Japan and Southeast Asian Countries should strongly support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace and Development to lead China to democratize. Next, all countries should adhere to the principle that international law is higher than domestic law to resolve international disputes in the South China Sea. The issue of North Korea has been a source of turmoil for a long time. Even US participation in the situation has not slowed things down. Therefore, it is urgent to think of other options. East Asian countries should support Taiwan's model of constitutional reform to bring about democracy and freedom. The Philippines has never succeeded in stopping the activities of rebel forces. Development of the rebel forces has taken advantage of dissatisfaction with the existing state system. The Philippines must thoroughly recognize that it is the people's most sacred right to embrace freedom, democracy, human rights and the law. Ensuring the rights of the people is the most urgent obligation of the country so that all can live and work in peace and lead the country to democracy. Violence in Afghanistan has resulted in the deaths of millions of civilians, primarily through terrorist attacks, therefore in order to prevent further attacks in Afghanistan, it is necessary first of all to establish a  complete legal structure to ensure the security of the people. Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace and Development is a fully-developed and universal legal system incorporating laws from around the world that can serve as a valuable reference for Afghanistan.

Article 39 of the Hong Kong Basic Law stipulates that the people of the SAR have right to self-determination under the two international human rights conventions. The people of Hong Kong cannot take their rights for granted. In Switzerland the threshold for petitioning a referendum is only 50,000 signatures, and with that citizens can express their opinion through the ballot box instead of taking to the streets.
