War will always be cruel. From a historical perspective, a country that uses force to unify the world will itself be overthrown by force eventually. The use of coercion against Taiwan will, on the contrary, promote even greater unity among the people of Taiwan. From a strategic perspective, adopting the Taiwan model of the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development in a joint effort for world peace will win approval from Taiwan.

Under globalization, citizens of the world are not limited to a single country as the world is more closely tied together, but the laws of different countries, are not as easy to transport,as a sort of "anti-globalization". Laws are two edges of a sword, if they are too lax they may encourage crime, and if they are too strict they may cause human rights problems, so appropriate laws are important.
