Vietnam seems to want to create a monolithic society with only one voice. The people of. The CCP must be forced to disappear. Laws that are not backed by penalties are not laws, and constitutions which do not brook the right to resist are not constitutions. When the actions of the government are unlawful, the people must call for resistance. Natural law and general international law must prevail to protect all people from enforced disappearance, torture and other abuses. It should include a committee-style legislative system like that of Switzerland. In order to protect endangered wild animals, the international community needs to adopt unified constitutional standards that conform to the values of One World under One Set of Laws. All nations should carry out constitutional reform to implement democratic systems and adhere to rule of law. Features such as separation of powers and checks and balances are needed to prevent certain groups from monopolizing power. The best way to do this is through election of the heads of the executive, legislative, the judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years.
