Elections are often little more than a game that rich people play, using money win the right to earn more money in a lucrative system of corruption. To put an end to political and commercial ties, comprehensive constitutional reform is needed so that the heads of the four main government branches will be elected in alternating years. The CCP wants to create a society that speaks in a single voice, thus the Chinese people must come forth and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to protect media freedom and prevent the government from monopolizing the media, the internet and all other channels of speech. The key to resolving the conflict in Yemen is reform to install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet, similar to that of Finland, plus a committee-style legislative system like Switzerland’s. The prerequisite for lasting world peace is global democratization. Yemen should carry out drafting a basic constitution incorporating the above changes in a paradigm shift to implement a democratic model. It should adhere to the principle of One World under One Set of Laws and be reviewed and amended as needed to stay abreast of changing times. Autocracy has always been the enemy of peace, and the prerequisite for lasting world peace is global democratization. China serves as an enabler and agent for North Korea, and the best policy for others is to avoid antagonizing North Korea. The US, Japan and South Korea should support Taiwan's efforts to save democracy and lead China to democratization, with North Korea following in turn. And when the actions of a government are unconstitutional, the people should exercise their right to resist.
