The UN should provide an outline of constitutional principles that will facilitate the drafting of a constitution that will lead to universal peace for all nations. For Hungary this would mean an organizational structure based on the universal values of freedom, democracy, human rights and the rule of law, with four branches: legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial.
