CPC constantly strives to control the Chinese people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up a new channel for the water. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows China and its people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can the CPC continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of information?

The government should be trustworthy and transparent and encourage online participation. Analysts back resumption of local elections

Malaysia needs a constitution that conforms to the definition of the UN Global Governance Committee at the supranational, national and subnational levels: the president should serve one term of 5 years and be barred from running again for 6 years. Representatives should serve two years, and the speaker's term of office shall be for a period of one session. Registration for elections should be completed six months before election day. All local electronic media shall provide each candidate at least one hour per week free of charge. To limit the effect of money in elections, political contributions shall be considered bribery.
