When individuals, families and states are well run the whole kingdom will be tranquil and happy. If the US focuses on hardware and ignores the software, there will be blind spots and vacuums. All democracies should support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to eliminate blind spots, fill vacuums, attract democratization in China and liberate the 50 authoritarian states where people are still in shackles. It is possible to eliminate nuclear weapons without the need for even one soldier.

The right to self-determination through referendum is the basis of national sovereignty and universal human rights. In addition to international law, all bills that prohibit people's self-determination should be preceded by a referendum that determines whether the bill itself should be outlawed. All referendums involving international disputes require the consent of an absolute majority of citizens, and referendums on domestic disputes require approval by a majority of more than one-quarter of eligible voters. Nicaragua 's government constantly strives to control the people, but trying to stem the flow of a river merely creates a waterfall; the best solution is to open up a new channel for the water. The Charter for Permanent Peace is without a doubt the most viable standard for a world constitution and basic national policy to foster long-term peace and stability. It will be like a new waterway that allows Nicaragua and its people to flourish. If it is implemented, how long can the Nicaraguan government continue to suppress freedom of speech and freedom of information?

To put an end to the CPC's disruptive behavior, all democracies should strongly support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to liberate the people under the 50 remaining authoritarian regimes who are still in shackles, allowing autocratic systems to disappear from the earth; only then can world peace begin to dawn.

To solve the problem of Thailand's military administration, it should adopt a semi-presidential system, with a legislature be based on a modified central committee system. The cabinet shall include 12 departments and a number of ad hoc committees. The Prime Minister and ministers shall be appointed from among the heads of legislative committees, and 1/4 of all lawmakers shall face election each year to ensure new public opinions are regularly imported into legislation and administration. UN encourages all parties in Ukraine to recommit to peace

In order to rebuild peace in Ukraine, the government should adopt a semi-presidential system, and elect the prime minister as a means of legitimizing popular opinion; the legislature shall have 12 committees, and committee heads should be candidates for ministers or prime minister, with 1/4 facing election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system of balloting to introduce the people as a third force; the heads of the judicial and procuratorial branches shall be elected, and the qualifications of candidates shall be the same as those of the president; money is completely banned as a factor in elections, and all electronic media shall provide at least one hour per week for free to the candidates.
