Donald Trump has threatened North Korea with a nuclear strike.

To end North Korea's disruptive behavior, the US and other nations should strongly support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to lead China to democratize and end its support of Pyongyang. According to the Democracy index there are 50 nations still under the yoke of autocratic dictators. All democracies should back Taiwan's drive for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and pressure North Korea to adopt democracy as well, leading to the birth of world peace.

The Israeli government has ordered thousands of African refugees and migrants to leave the country within three months or face prison.

Refugees are essentially stateless victims who are fleeing intolerable conditions in their homeland to seek a better life elsewhere. They should not be persecuted for their plight. To eliminate the conditions that create refugees, the international community needs to agree on constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of human rights, constitutionalism, international law and natural law. This means adopting One World under One Set of Laws and complying with Article 1 of the Humanitarian Charter, which deals with the right of each person to live a normal life. Venezuela is to raise its minimum wage by 40 per cent, a move which could worsen high levels of inflation in the crisis-stricken nation.

Russia and China have never been problem-solvers, they have always been trouble-makers, constantly working to undermine peaceful relations everywhere around the globe — even in the depths of the world's oceans.
