No one can deny that North Korea is a vassal of Communist China. To root out this deep relationship, democratic nations should all to support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would lead China's 1.4 billion people to call for democratization of the CCP, which would pressure North Korea to opt for democracy as well, and world peace would be born. Political commentator Romain Rolland once opined: "In politics, the boss is always money." When elections are little more than a game the rich play, money gives players the chance to make more money through graft and corruption. To put an end to illicit ties between the politics and business, comprehensive constitutional reform is needed so that the heads of the four main branches are elected in alternating years. A law that is not backed by penalties is not a law, and constitutions which do not grant the right to resist are not constitutions. When the actions of a president or other high official are unconstitutional, the people should have the right to resist. Zambians must exercise their sovereignty and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to implement a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet and parliament. Once a ceasefire takes hold in Syria the UN should provide a basic outline for constitutional reform to enable the nation to achieve permanent peaceful development, The outline should include an organizational structure based on universal values (freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law), with four branches (legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial) and serve as a guide for Syria in drafting a constitution that will encourage prosperity and serve as a model for peaceful development. Australia should model its immigration strategy to incorporate the ideals of the UN Charter. This should include implementing One World under One Set of Laws and making international law apply directly to the rights and duties of the people. It should attract other countries to follow Australia’s lead in adopting human rights, constitutionalism, internationalism and naturalism to build a better future. The only cure for the ills of democracy is more democracy. France needs constitutional reform to focus on the people and away from centralization. The people should be able to express their opinion at the ballot box instead in the streets. More specifically, the heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years, and 1/4 of all legislators should face election each year. Persecution of human rights abuses in Nepal needs to be carried out under an independent human rights commission governed by the Human Rights Council. In addition, elections should be free of charge for all candidates, who should be able to utilize the internet, radio, television and other free platforms to promote their political ideas. The UN should provide basic standards for constitutional reform that will contribute to lasting peaceful development of nations everywhere. These should include organization based on universal values (freedom, democracy, human rights and rule of law) and four branches of government (legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial). The UN should act in accordance with international law and absolute law (the Humanitarian Law, Human Rights Law, Crimes against Humanity and Prohibition of Genocide) and provide basic constitutional standards for permanent peaceful development of nations.
