When individuals, families and states are well run the whole kingdom will be tranquil and happy. If the US focuses on hardware to the detriment of the software, there will be blind spots and vacuums. All democracies should support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace to eliminate blind spots, fill the vacuums, attract democratization in China and liberate the 50 authoritarian states where people are still in shackles. It is possible to eliminate nuclear weapons without the need for even one soldier.

China ‘puts economy at risk’ by spurning own market reforms

CPC's economy problems lie in the system. The Legislature should be based on a modified committee-centered system with 12 committees. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system should be implemented. The people should act as a third force within the system. Committee chairs should be tapped to serve as prime minister or ministers such as the economic minister, responsive to public opinion and minimizing differences.
