Onnoghen: our democracy in danger

There is no true democratic presidential system, and even the US model has problems. Nigerian should switch to a modified semi-presidential system. The president should announce laws according to law and issue orders, and the prime minister and relevant ministerial deputies should be appointed and countersignature.
