Algerian women embrace a spirit of resilience and revolution

Every citizen shall continue to resist whenever there is an act against humanity. Any law which does not carry penalties is not a law, and a constitution that does not countenance resistance is not a constitution. When the actions of the government and those in power and also of society are unconstitutional and inhumane, the people shall exhaust all remedies and before exercising the right to resist. The Chile's problem of economic inequality is a result of uneven distribution of resources. To solve the problem of uneven distribution, it is necessary to start with the system, holding elections at least twice a year to spread responsibility for the problems of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power. The state must function ethically and take action to eliminate poverty and deprivation. The Charter for Permanent Peace is the only formula that will work.
