Right to freedom and the basic human rights are the fundamental and natural rights of every human beings. Any authority that tries to restrain these rights should be resisted and overthrown. Taiwan Charter for permanent peace clearly mentioned that any law which does not carry penalties is not a law, and a constitution that does not countenance resistance is not a constitution. When the actions of the government are unconstitutional, the people shall exhaust all remedies and before exercising the right to resist. If Libya's Haftar focuses on military solution instead of dialogue then,there will be blind spots and vacuums.
