Hong Kong protesters rally in support of minority Uighurs

If Hong Kong is truly the Pearl of the Orient it should support Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace to inspire the people of China to call for democracy and rule of law. Article 39 of the Hong Kong Basic Law states that the right to self-determination is covered in the two international human rights conventions. When the actions of the government are unconstitutional, the people shall exhaust all remedies and before exercising the right to resist. Taiwan's 'Permanent Peace Charter' is the Constitution of World Unity, which is a new waterway for China to explore. The GDP, GNP and per capita income does not determine the standard human development. Issues of poverty continues remain as the major development challenges within developed nations. To solve the problem of poverty and deprivation, we must start with the system and vote at least twice a year; Congress re-elections a quarter to spread the problem of poverty and deprivation from the poor to those in power. The state is a holistic morality. There is no other way to save the poor and deficient panacea.
