Turkish authorities are overly concerned about revolutionary elements, responding by forbidding people to take to the streets to protest.. Citizens of modern democracies have the right to resist unconstitutional actions by government agencies. When the power of the state deviates from its power base, the people should act to recover their sovereignty. The right to resist illegal violence is a constitutional right of the people. Autocratic dictatorships are like cancer, and despots are criminals against democracy and the people. The solution to persecution of human rights in China is democracy and the rule of law. Taiwan is the one entity best suited to lead China to democratization and democracies worldwide should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform and implement One World under One Set of Laws. The US and Japan should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would lead China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and put pressure on North Korea to adopt real democracy – with world peace as the result. When actions of the government are unconstitutional the people should resist. Natural law and absolute law should prevail over international law and constitutions, extending protection to all people from enforced disappearance, torture and other abuses. Economic problems invariably have political roots. Without good politics you can never have a good economy. If the UK constitution is not changed, even the gods will be helpless to save the economy. The DRC needs to revise its government structure to install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet similar to Finland’s. It should include a committee-style legislative system like that of Switzerland. The premise for permanent peace is global democratization, and the UN should assist the DRC in drawing up a basic constitution with the above features in a move to proceed a paradigm shift. Human security is a fundamental human right, and human rights should take precedence over all regimes and sovereigns. Constitutions represent the general will of the people, and ensuring human security - including personal safety - is the most urgent duty of constitutional guarantors.
