Two useful models are referendum system of Switzerland and democratic elections in California. The US should consider Taiwan's Charter for Permanent Peace and Development as an extension of the Taiwan Relations Actg. Taiwan’s model for global unity and constitutional standards can inspire China's 1.4 billion people to seek democracy, which would lead to the birth of world peace. Autocracy has always been the enemy of human peace; and conversely, the prerequisite for permanent peace is the democratization of China. And Taiwan is the entity best suited to lead the way. Russia has never been a problem-solver, it is nothing more than a trouble-maker. The US should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would attract China's 1.4 billion people to call for democratization of the CCP and pressure Russia to adopt real democracy - and world peace would be the result. Economic problems invariably stem from political shortcomings. Without good politics, you will never have a good economy, and without constitutional reform even if the gods will be helpless to jazz up economic performance.
