Russia should amend its constitution so that half of the Constitutional Court’s judges are of different nationalities and the heads of the legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial branches are elected in alternating years. Trump rails against TPP on the grounds that globalization will not benefit all sectors of the US equally and will rather cause a widening in the gap between rich and poor.
